MPREP CO. (Military Preparation Conditioning) was created to bridge the gap between civilian and infantry fitness, ensuring every recruit is prepared for the demands ahead. With expertise from British Army Physical Training Instructors, we set every potential soldier up for success.The coaches are veteran soldiers and Physical Training Instructors of the British Army, with UKSCA Accreditation (ASCC). The instructors have delivered the fitness test that all recruits will undertake.

Description
A 12-week military preparation programme delivered across three progressive phases.
The Process
1. Start Program:
Discuss with your coach your current performance, this will set the baseline for the first phase.

2. Receive Program:
Progress through three phases of training over 12 weeks.

3. 24/7 Support:
Throughout the 12 weeks your coach will be available on WhatsApp.

4. Finish Program:
Finish the program with an assessment to ensure you are fully prepared to successfully pass military training.

5. Maintenance Program:
Receive a maintenance program after the 12 week program is finished.
Three Phases
1. Foundation Phase:
Designed to build a strong base of fitness so we can safely increase the intensity throughout the next phase.

2. General Prep Phase:
Designed to improve all aspects of fitnes, identify any weakness that need to be addressed.

3. Specific Prep Phase:
Designed to eliminated any weakneses, all training specific to military tests.

This programme is designed for personnel preparing to join the British military.
