The instructors have delivered the fitness test that all recruits will undertake.

General Prep Phase.

Builds on the Foundation Phase with progressive training, addressing strengths and weaknesses. Prepares personnel for optimal performance before advancing to the Specific Preparation phase.

03.

Specific Prep Phase.

Aim.
The Specific Phase targets military test demands with precision. Every session is structured to remove weaknesses, ensuring readiness for the physical assessments of recruit training, leaving nothing to chance.
